How’s it going my late night Kings & Queens? Started digging around the Street Etiquette blog and found more looks I want to share. My goal is to inspire…one man at a time ;-)
These hats are a refreshing break from the famed Fedora.
History: The porkpie hat is a type of hat made of felt, or less commonly, straw. It is somewhat similar to a trilby or fedora, but with a flat top. The crown is short and has an indentation all the way around, instead of the pinch crown typically seen on fedoras and homburgs. The porkpie hat originated in the mid-19th century. Originally referring to a type of woman’s hat, the porkpie gets its name from its resemblance to a porkpie.

A blazer pulls everything together. Don't worry about matching them to your pants. Think complimentry colors instead.
Twill, Corduroy, Suede, Wood, Leather...Fall is all about TEXTURE! Mix 'n' Match...You can't go wrong.
It's okay for your clothes to fit. That's kind of the point. A tailor can turn something generic into something completely GQ.
Invest your money in classic pieces. Penny loafers will nerver go out of style and they only get better with time.
Remember that style extends to outerwear too! A classic coat in a bold color can really make a statement.
